Welcome to the Bearly Healthy Blog

I'll be using this blog to supplement the courses.

Finding out that a lot of what I'd been told about diet, nutrition, weight gain and weight loss has been based on outdated and often flawed theories.

I keep my eye out for emerging and peer reviewed research.

Oh and I'll probably also to share my thoughts on life the universe and everything.

I won't be regurgitating random Google stuff

When I write about current and new research I'll do my best to cite the research or point you in the direction you'll need if you want to know more.
